How many guests can Windmill Ranch accommodate?
Up to 8 guests, across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Cleaning takes about four hours, so early check-in can't be promised ahead of time. Ask us and we'll let you know once cleaning is scheduled.
Is the property pet-friendly?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please tell us in advance. A pet cleaning charge applies, which covers a full carpet clean, deodorizing and laundering after the stay.
Is the entire house available to guests?
Yes. Guests have the whole main house, except for the garage.
How close is Windmill Ranch to downtown Prescott?
About 20 minutes by car, with shopping and dining along Route 89 even closer.
What's nearby?
Hiking, biking and horseback riding, kayaking, Gunsite Academy, The Windmill House wedding venue, and downtown Prescott.
Can we stay for a month or the whole winter?
